Hey Jay
ReplyDeleteWow!! I think I heard of this brand once when they were doing a report on today tonight. I have had a look on their website and they have very competitive pricing. Working at kmart, I know how low prices can go at times with the wars between the department stores, though $29 for a HD tuner or $79 for a Twin HD tuner is cheap as! At work, a HD tuner starts from $49 so you get a $20 saving.
I believe that this shows how better digital networks has not just helped individual users get their voice heard, but also smaller businesses. Cyberspace has given Kogan an avenue to bypass the middleman and sell straight to the consumer, resulting in cheaper pricing.
Im sure there will be many other such success stories to be heard by entering etailers in the near future :)
thats exacly right, I actually was on exchange with his sister so I know his story pretty well. He has a entrepreneurial mind and thinks that online business models is the way of the future. I have to agree with that notion as the proliferance of mobile devices and tabs have made the internet easily accessible anywhere you are.
